Q: Do you ship worldwide? Do you provide free shipping worldwide?

A: We currently offer free shipping worldwide on orders above $90 (within US) and above $130 (outside US)

Q: How do I track my parcel?

A: Once your parcel has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. However, if you’re facing difficulty tracking your parcel or if you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 3 business days, please get in touch with us at hello@eubiofficial.com

For orders dispatched via DHL, please continue to track your parcel via your country's local post using the 'Delivery by Postal provider' tracking number provided in your DHL tracking information.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX credit cards & debit card, and Afterpay.

Q: Can I amend my order?

A: We work very quickly to process all our orders. Please notify our customer support team of any changes to the order as soon as possible preferably within 24 hours via email at hello@eubiofficial.com

However, sometimes we may have processed and shipped out your order within 24 hours and if that’s the case, we are unable to allow any changes. Please check our size chart carefully before you place an order.

Q: What if I have provided an incorrect shipping address or personal details?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible via email at hello@eubiofficial.com to notify us and provide us with you updated personal details or accurate shipping information. If your parcel has been shipped out, we are unable to amend the shipping details.

In the event a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete shipping details, reshipping fees will be applicable.
